What are my funding options?
The following are just a selection of some of the funding options available to help support your studies online. Our dedicated postgraduate funding page contains additional information to help you manage your tuition fee payments.
If you’re under 60, live in the UK and don’t already have a Masters degree or equivalent qualification, you can borrow up to £10,000 to help fund your studies.
Online MBA Scholarship
Nottingham Trent University is offering ten £3,400 scholarships for Online MBA students from Africa, India and the Middle East each academic year. If you are interested in our Online MBA and would like to know if you are eligible for the scholarship you can find out more here. Discuss your plans for postgraduate study with your employer. They may be willing to contribute towards the tuition costs, since the additional skills you acquire will benefit them too.
Grants from charities and trusts
Whatever country you’re studying in, you may find that there are educational trusts and charities that offer grants to postgraduate students.

Employer tuition reimbursement
Your employer may help you pay for one of our online Masters degrees. You’ll need to demonstrate to your manager or HR department how the course will add value to your company.
It’s also likely that your employer will expect a return for their investment, such as a commitment to work for a set period of time.
