Susan teaches on various modules within both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Nottingham Business School. A member of the Marketing Division, Susan is module leader for the Global Marketing Management module on the online MBA. She also teaches a Level One foundation module delivered across all degree programmes in the School. She is also module leader for the Marketing Route of the new Level Three Leadership and Employability module.
Susan is an active researcher with a special interest in the social dimensions of environmental sustainability. Her research, which employs both quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection and analysis, focuses on public knowledge and engagement with climate change, sustainability policy, and individual behaviour change with respect to sustainable energy and consumption.
Susan is a member of the Nottingham Trent University Sustainability Action Group and the Nottingham Business School Sustainability Research and Teaching Group. She is also an associate member of the Sustainable Consumption Research Group based in the School of Art and Design.
