Suzanne Ross

Suzanne is a Senior Lecturer within the Business School and is part of the Executive Education team within the Business School. She is Module Leader for the Professional Leadership Development Module.  

Suzanne also engages in research and consultancy projects in her areas of expertise.

Suzanne has over 20 years’ international experience in leadership and talent development. Prior to joining NTU, Suzanne was the Talent Manager for the EMEA region of a FTSE 100 company and owns her own management consultancy, 2thrive Consultancy, working with private and public sector organizations. 2thrive specialises in talent management, leadership and high performance; with an emphasis on: Authentic Leadership, leading self, leading teams, managing leadership transitions, Executive Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, developing female leaders and Leading Change. She is a qualified Executive Coach and Member of the International Coaching Federation.

Suzanne is completing her Doctoral Research in Executive Talent, Success and Derailment at the Business School. She has a MSc (Distinction) in Training and Performance Management, specialising in Leadership and Management Talent in Multi-nationals, from the University of Leicester and a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the University of Lancaster.
