Andrew King is a senior lecturer at NTU’s School of Architecture, Design and Built Environment, responsible for leading the MSc Quantity Surveying course and a range of undergraduate and postgraduate Construction Management and research modules. He currently teaches Contract, Procurement, Professional Practice and Research Methods modules within the School, as well as working as PhD supervisor at the university.
Andrew teaches the Procurement module for the online MSc in Construction Project Management.
Andrew is an active member of the Centre for Lean Projects, a member of the ARCOM Scientific Committee and a reviewer for the Institute of Civil Engineers Management, Procurement and Law Journal, Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management and Structural Survey: Journal of Building Pathology and Refurbishment. He has authored a number of books, chapters, conference proceedings and journals on the subject of construction project management.
Before joining Nottingham Trent University, Andrew worked at a senior level in the construction industry, leading projects for a number of major construction firms.
