In this statement, ''the site'' means Nottingham Trent University's microsite for online distance learning courses at [online.ntu.ac.uk]. ''NTU'' means Nottingham Trent University of 50 Shakespeare Street, Nottingham NG1 4FQ.

NTU is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you a safe online experience. This statement applies to the site and governs data collection and usage. By using the site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
